Looking to Mortgage your Buy to Let

accessible by landlords and private individuals, if done right, buy-to-let mortgages offer
a good way to invest in property today for higher financial returns in the future

Enquire about a buy-to-let mortgage

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. There may be a fee for mortgage advice should there not be a procurement fee from the lender. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances and you will know in advance of the application.

Build a property portfolio via buy to let

Buy-to-let mortgages are designed specifically for properties that you do not want to live in yourself. Collecting rental payments, watching the property grow in value and also helping those not ready/not interested in buying their own property are some of the things you can look forward to by becoming a landlord.

Done right, buy-to-let can provide a route to financial growth

Property prices do not tend to correlate with the stock markets. For this reason, investing in property can be a great way of making sure your investment portfolio is diversified.

Questions frequently asked by those considering, new to the buy-to-let market

What is a buy-to-let mortgage?

A buy-to-let mortgage is a financial product aimed at, a specific purpose i.e. people looking to buy a property in order to rent out, as opposed to actually living in it themselves.

Predominantly, buy-to-let mortgages are structured on an interest-only basis. Meaning the monthly repayments being made would only be paying off the interest. Not the amount owed on the mortgage (known as capital). Instead, the capital will be paid off in full at the end of the agreed term.

What are the benefits of purchasing a buy-to-let?

If you already have investments in stocks & shares, investing in property is a great way of making sure your portfolio is diversified. Rental income, growth in property prices & keeping up with inflation are the main benefits of purchasing buy-to-let properties.

How can you become a landlord?

The best way to become a landlord is by getting in touch with us. We will have an initial conversation to make sure that your circumstances are suited to buying a rental property. Once we determine what your situation is we can move from there. Informed decisions are the best decisions.

Is purchasing a buy-to-let property difficult?

The simple answer to the question above is no. As a company, we have been helping our clients purchase buy-to-let properties for 25+ years. Get in touch with us and we can help you get started/expand in the buy-to-let sector.
